State of emergency "Artel" is the manufacturer, the exporter of high-quality dried medicinal, berry wild-growing raw materials (more than 50 names) for branches pharmaceutical, medical (including alternative medicine, manufacture BUD) food (dairy, confectionery, bakery, canning), the medical, cosmetic industry. Natural dried fruit and vegetables, and also powders from them, receive method convection or vacuum-sublimation drying integral and fragmentated fruits, berries, spicy, aromatic grasses, vegetables. At convection to drying the temperature of a processed material does not exceed 50 wasps that provides preservation to 95 % of nutritional value of initial products. The priority direction selects preservation by drying of products (vegetative raw materials), for the purpose of the fullest preservation of useful properties of wild-growing berries (a bilberry, a blueberry, a blackberry, a raspberry, wild strawberry, a cowberry, a cranberry, chokeberry, a currant, a mountain ash), fruits (an apple, a pear, plum, an apricot, a peach), medicinal grasses, other fruits and products at their long storage. The vegetative raw materials are prepared in various regions of Ukraine, including received the ecological certificate. Preparation is made in Prikarpatye, Carpathians, on Volhynia, Polesye, Podolia through places of acceptance and from the population. One of the most widespread ways of drying of products now is convection way of drying.
