Our organization is established on July 2008.
At the moment negotiations with all sport federations are conducted referring to intensive, active, mutually advantageous cooperation aimed to create programs directed at realization development of sport and support of the youth in Sevastopol.

- Joining of efforts for maximal efficient development of professional and mass sport, joint organization and conducting of sport events, cultural-mass events, physical-training-recreation work, edition and circulation of books, brochures, conducting of conferences and seminars, directed at popularization of going in for sports and propaganda of healthy life style;

- Agreement about free of charge attraction Ukrainian citizens who are taken to the social undefended group of population (orphanage-leavers, orphans, having many children families, poor people, invalids) to attend events and section.
